In the observation hide you can comfortably enjoy the peace of nature while observing Finland\u2019s large predators. You will be greeted by the beautiful view of pond Uuronlampi,<\/a> with Vankonvaara-hill\u2019s old spruce forest rising in the background.<\/p>

In addition to the wolverines and bears, you have the opportunity to observe waterfowl feeding on the pond during the summer. Species to observe in winter are wolverine, golden eagle, white tailed eagle, hawks and the occasional visiting wolf. Lynx and foxes are seen more rarely.<\/p>

The observation hide consists of two apartments that can accommodate a total of about 20 people. One of the two apartments has a wheelchair access, so this experience is possible also for people with reduced mobility. Both of the observation hides have binoculars, bunk beds with bed sheets and pillows, dry toilets and gas heaters in winter.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Arrival at 2 pm<\/strong> to the Kelj\u00e4npuro Lodge.
Briefing and welcome coffee
Getting to the observation hide at around 3 pm.
<\/strong>Leaving the hide next morning at 8 am.<\/strong><\/p>

Winter season:<\/strong><\/p>

Briefing and welcome coffee

Please note:<\/strong> Dress appropriately for the weather. Bring your own camera, binoculars, recording equipment and sleeping bag. If you bring your own snacks, avoid crunchy and strongly smelling snacks.<\/p>
